The Company recognizes that the secure, reliable, and appropriate management and operation of information assets is a social responsibility essential to providing our customers with high-quality, safe, and secure services. To earn and maintain the trust of our customers and society, we hereby establish this Information Security Policy and declare that all employees of the Company, including its officers, shall comply with this Policy, engage in creative activities through information technology, and contribute to society.
1. Management Responsibility
The Company, under the leadership of management, shall continuously and systematically work to improve and enhance information security.
2. Establishment of an Internal Framework
The Company shall establish an organizational structure for maintaining and improving information security and shall define information security measures as formal internal rules and policies.
3. Employee Responsibilities
All employees of the Company shall acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and shall ensure the effective implementation of information security measures.
4. Management and Supervision of Contractors
When outsourcing any part of its operations, the Company shall require its contractors and service providers to maintain a level of information security equivalent to or higher than that of the Company.
5. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Requirements
The Company shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations relating to information security and shall strive to meet the expectations of its customers.
6. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of any violation of laws or contractual obligations relating to information security, or any information security incident, the Company shall take appropriate measures and make every effort to prevent recurrence.
