What you'll do
- Plan and execute initiatives to increase user registrations and retention, while proposing improvements based on customer research and data analysis
- Work closely with the leadership team and the global development team to implement ideas with speed
- Continuously run PDCA cycles based on customer feedback and develop both strategy and tactics
Qualifications
Required
- Knowledge of AI models and the ability to develop AI applications
- Enjoys proactively identifying and exploring problems with a high degree of autonomy
- Conversational-level English proficiency

Upon joining the company, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including AI development, and, depending on your preferences, idea generation and marketing under the direct supervision of management.
Our management team includes former strategy consultants, MBA holder, graduates of University of Tokyo, and specialists in the healthcare and AI industries, and you will work directly alongside them. Furthermore, one of our management team members and the development team are from overseas, allowing for a global work environment in English.
